Tomato Chilli Chicken and Cannellini Beans

Ingredients:
375g mini chicken breast fillets
10ml olive oil
10ml garlic purée
2.5ml chilli flakes
2.5ml dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper
400g canned cherry tomatoes
410g canned cannellini beans
100ml water
Method:
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Mix the garlic purée,
chillies, rosemary and seasoning in a bowl. Toss the chicken in this mixture to
coat.
Fry the chicken over a high heat for 3-4 minutes until
browned. Add the tomatoes, cannellini beans and 100ml water. Cover and simmer
for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
