Chicken and Mushroom Chow Mein

A quick lunch for 1
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into think strips
15ml oil
2.5 ml garlic purée
75g beansprouts, rinsed
3 mushrooms, sliced
50g mangetout
4 spring onions, sliced
150g pk straight to wok noodles
30ml oyster sauce
30ml water or chicken stock
Method:
Heat the oil in a wok until smoking hot. Add the chicken
and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Mix in the garlic, beansprouts, mushrooms, mangetout and
spring onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the noodles, oyster sauce, water or chicken stock and
heat through, stirring well, for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
