Ingredients:
12 large chicken wings
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
50ml white wine vinegar
100ml soy sauce
15ml tomato purée
5ml English mustard
15ml brown sugar
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
Combine the garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato purée,
mustard and sugar in a small bowl.
Pu the wings in a roasting pan and pour over the sauce.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve warm.
