Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts off the bone
200g pack garlic and herb Brie
8 bacon streaky rashers, trimmed
Lemon thyme to garnish
Wooden cocktail sticks to secure
Method:
Preheat the oven to 190˚C.
Cut each chicken breast diagonally. Spread the middle of
each with the Brie. Wrap 2 rashers of bacon around each chicken breast. Secure with
a cocktail stick.
Place the wrapped chicken breasts on a baking tray and bake
for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with lemon
thyme and serve.
