Ingredients:
4 125g chicken breasts, cut into strips
Olive oil
6 large shallots, peeled and sliced
15ml grainy mustard
100ml crème fraiche
Method:
Drizzle a large pan with a little olive oil and gently
fry the shallots until they are transparent. Add the chicken and stir-fry for
6-8 minutes until the chicken is cooked and browned all over.
Remove from the heat and add the mustard and crème
fraiche. Reheat slowly for about 3 minutes or until piping hot.
