Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced lengthwise
20ml crunchy peanut butter
5ml chilli powder
30ml soy sauce
Method:
Put the peanut butter in a small saucepan with the chilli
powder, soy sauce and about 200ml of hot water. Stir over a gentle heat until
combined.
Thread the chicken onto 8 small bamboo skewers and brush
generously with the peanut butter mixture. Cook under a hot grill for 8-10
minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve with rice and/or salad.
