This is a great accompaniment to chicken or fish,
or to be used as a dipping sauce with Chinese or Indian dishes.
Ingredients:
10ml chilli paste
60ml mild sweet chilli sauce
30ml honey
5ml light soy sauce
125ml chicken stock
10g butter
Method:
Combine all ingredientsd in a small pan.
Bring to the boil and simmer, stirring for 5-6 minutes.
As it cools, stir in the butter to give the sauce a glossy effect.
