Ingredients:
50ml ground black pepper
25ml ground coriander
25ml ground cinnamon
25ml ground cloves
30ml ground cumin
5ml ground cardamom
15ml ground nutmeg
50ml paprika
Method:
Combine all the ingredients till homogeneously mixed.
Store in an airtight glass jar in a cool dark place.
