Ingredients:
4 cooked beetroot, skinned and thinly sliced
300ml plain yoghurt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Caraway seeds
Paprika
Salt and pepper
Method:
Place the beetroot slices in a bowl and sprinkle with
salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat the yoghurt and garlic, a little
salt and the caraway seeds. Pour the dressing over the beetroot and sprinkle
with paprika.
